Full description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Engineer based in the United States.
Join a fast-growing technology environment where AI is transforming how go-to-market teams generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent, agent-driven workflows that automate prospecting, personalize outbound campaigns, and improve sales productivity. You will develop a shared knowledge infrastructure that enables AI agents to support Marketing, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Executives (AEs) more effectively. Working at the intersection of AI, data, automation, and revenue operations, you will turn emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on builder role that values experimentation, creativity, and rapid execution over traditional career paths. You will have the opportunity to shape an evolving discipline, test new approaches, and directly influence pipeline generation, team efficiency, and revenue performance.

-
Collaborate with BDR leadership, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align automated outreach with target audiences, campaign objectives, and the buyer journey while complementing human-led engagement.
-
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain the tools and technologies required to scale AI-powered go-to-market operations, including Clay, AI coding agents, data enrichment providers, and sales engagement platforms.
