With a portfolio of market-leading brands including Fusion Health, Dr. LeWinn’s, Manicare, Lady Jayne and Swisspers, we have ambitious growth plans, and we’re looking for an HCP Engagement & Education Manager to strengthen our connection with healthcare professionals and the broader professional health community.

As our HCP Engagement & Education Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of professional engagement, education and advocacy strategies across our portfolio, with a particular focus on Fusion Health and Dr. LeWinn’s. You’ll translate science and product benefits into credible, engaging education that builds professional confidence, strengthens recommendation and grows brand preference.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute long-term professional engagement strategies that deepen relationships with healthcare professionals, retailers and industry partners.

• Design and deliver integrated education programs that translate science, evidence and product benefits into credible and engaging learning experiences.

• Turn professional needs, behaviours and healthcare trends into evidence-based learning plans and engagement strategies that differentiate our brands.

• Build trusted partnerships with professional associations, pharmacy groups, banner groups, education providers, health organisations and retail partners.

• Develop advocacy initiatives that strengthen McPherson’s visibility, credibility and reputation within the professional health community.

• Equip Sales, Marketing and Customer teams with the knowledge, tools and confidence to engage healthcare professionals effectively.

• Represent McPherson’s with peak bodies, professional associations and other external stakeholders.

• Use data and feedback to measure the impact of education and engagement programs, optimise performance and demonstrate return on investment.

• Explore innovative learning platforms, technologies and engagement approaches to extend reach and improve impact.

• Lead and develop the Education Content Developer, fostering strong performance, collaboration and professional growth.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be based in our modern Sydney CBD head office, working in a hybrid environment. The role will also involve domestic travel to deliver education events and engage with professional stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience developing and delivering professional marketing, engagement or education strategies within pharmacy, consumer health, healthcare, skincare or related channels.

• A strong understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape, including pharmacy practice and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Strategic, evidence-led thinking, with the ability to translate insights, science and professional needs into impactful engagement strategies.

• Experience designing and delivering credible education programs for healthcare professionals, customers or internal commercial teams.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, influencing and advocacy skills.

• A demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, professional associations and commercial partners.

• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience measuring program performance, engagement outcomes and ROI.

• An innovative mindset and an interest in new education platforms, engagement models and technologies.

• Leadership and change agility, with the ability to embed new professional engagement practices across teams.

• A willingness to travel domestically to support education events and professional engagement activities.

How we’ll measure success

• The reach and quality of healthcare professional education experiences.

• Healthcare professional satisfaction, confidence and willingness to recommend our brands.

• Growth in brand equity, trust, visibility and reputation within professional channels.

• The quality and impact of internal field and customer-team enablement.

• Engagement campaign performance and return on investment.

• Innovation and continuous improvement across education and engagement programs.

• Advocacy outcomes and the strength of relationships with professional associations and industry partners.
