Location: Dublin,Dublin,Ireland

A great opportunity for a successful Head of Aftersales to join an innovative dealer group in Dublin.

Manage the network's aftersales operations covering service, parts, workshop and warranty
Set annual budgets and monitor performance on a monthly basis
Review pricing policies and labour rates
Operational responsibility for parts, including holding stock and minimisation of obsolete stock
Work closely with Workshop Managers to manage workshop productivity and efficiency
Monitor warranty claims to ensure their correct administration in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines
Ensure customer complaints are managed consistently across the network
Lead on aftersales marketing campaigns nationally
Staff training and development

An existing Aftersales Manager/ Head of Aftersales with a well established franchised dealership/group for at least five years
Parts and Service experience
Evidence of driving profitability across a group's aftersales function
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills
Ability to initiate change and improvements
Customer focussed approach
