Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You know how work really gets done in go-to-market (GTM) teams, and you’re motivated by the chance to improve it. You’re naturally curious and enjoy exploring new tools, especially when they help solve real problems for colleagues and customers.

You don’t wait to be told what to fix — you spot opportunities yourself and take action. You’re comfortable trying things out, learning as you go, and improving through feedback. You enjoy working closely with others and can explain how things work in a clear, simple way, even when the detail is complex.

You’re excited by the idea of building something new. Whether you’ve already experimented with artificial intelligence (AI) or you’re starting to explore it, you’re keen to learn quickly and turn ideas into working solutions.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Identify opportunities where AI agents and automated workflows can improve how GTM teams operate.
• Prototype and build solutions using tools like Evo Builder and Coworker Creator, testing ideas with real users early.
• Work with engineers and data specialists to shape and refine solutions so they reflect how processes actually work.
• Monitor how solutions perform once live, using feedback and data to improve them over time.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience working in a go-to-market (GTM) or similar operational environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or other large language model technologies.
• Exposure to automation or low-code platforms, even at a basic level.
• Some experience working with data or supporting transformation or system change initiatives.
