Head of Enterprise and Platforms Nordics to Dintero

Are you an experienced payment sales professional ready to combine commercial leadership with closing strategic deals yourself? Dintero is looking for a Head of Enterprise & Platforms Nordics to bring together its Nordic enterprise sales efforts, develop the team and drive growth across some of the company’s most important customer segments.

About the jobThis is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by Dintero.

About the companyDintero is a fast-growing Norwegian fintech company challenging traditional payment providers with a modern, fully integrated payment platform. The company is one of few players in the Nordics covering the entire payment value chain and is licensed to process Visa and Mastercard transactions directly, making Dintero Norway’s first new acquirer in more than 20 years.

The offering covers online and in-store payments, Unified Commerce and payment solutions for platforms and marketplaces. With enterprise customers such as Vy and regulatory approval to offer payment services across the EEA, Dintero is positioned for further expansion across the Nordics and Europe. In 2025, the company onboarded more than 2,100 new businesses, increased payment volume by over 150% and revenue by 200%, while reaching profitability in Q4.

You will join a growing Nordic organisation with short decision paths and a high degree of ownership. There are established structures and processes, but these evolve as the business grows. Leaders are expected to identify what can be improved and actively contribute to developing how the organisation works.

Tasks and responsibilitiesAs Head of Enterprise & Platforms Nordics, you will have commercial responsibility for developing Dintero’s enterprise and platform sales across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. A key part of the role is to bring the three markets together and establish a common Nordic approach to sales, pipeline management and commercial priorities.

This is a player-coach role, particularly during the first year. Alongside leading and developing the team, you will personally work with Dintero’s most strategic customers and drive complex enterprise opportunities from initial dialogue to signed agreement. You will work with senior and C-level decision-makers and navigate longer sales cycles involving both commercial and technical stakeholders.

You will also develop the existing sales team and play an active role in recruiting and building the team further across the Nordics, with the ambition to hire 3–5 additional salespeople during the first 12 months. As the organisation expands, the role will gradually shift towards more leadership and commercial strategy, while maintaining a strong connection to customers and the market.

You will work closely with the CEO, product and technical teams to develop Dintero’s enterprise offering. You are not expected to be a technical specialist, but you need to understand complex payment solutions and be comfortable discussing areas such as APIs, integrations and platform architecture.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop Enterprise & Platforms sales across the Nordics

• Personally drive and close strategic enterprise and platform deals

• Coach and develop the existing sales team and recruit additional salespeople

• Develop structure around pipeline, sales methodology, CRM and forecasting

• Collaborate with leadership, product and technical teams to develop the enterprise offering

Education, experience and personal characteristics

• Several years of experience within the payments industry

• Proven experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals in the Nordic market

• Previous leadership experience, including people responsibility, coaching, developing and recruiting salespeople

• Experience selling both in-store terminal solutions and online/e-commerce payments

• Commercial and technical understanding of areas such as APIs and integrations and platform architecture

• Existing network within Nordic enterprise retail

• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language: Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

• Experience selling through and building partnerships with e-commerce platforms and integration partners is meritorious

• An existing network across marketplace or platform verticals is meritorious

To succeed in the role, you take ownership and are comfortable creating structure while remaining close to sales. As a leader, you coach and give experienced salespeople ownership of their deals while setting clear expectations around execution and results.

You are comfortable in an environment where processes evolve as the company grows. Rather than simply working within an existing structure, you identify what could work better and take initiative to change it. You are also curious and able to quickly understand complex technical and commercial topics, even when you do not have all the answers from the start.
