About the Company
At Fora, we’re reimagining what the workplace can be.
We create inspiring, design-led spaces that blend hospitality, community, and wellbeing, so people can work productively, creatively, and happily.
From our first London workspace over 20 years ago, we’ve grown to 60+ locations across the UK, supporting 30,000+ members and partnering with trailblazing brands.
Backed by The Office Group, Blackstone, and Brockton Capital, we’re growing fast and pioneering conscious design, sustainable construction, and workspaces that empower people to work in their own unique way.
At Fora, we’re not just shaping workplaces, we’re shaping the future of work.
The Role
Our buildings are central to the experience we create. We’re looking for a Head of Facilities to lead Facilities operations across our portfolio, ensuring every workspace is safe, compliant, reliable and consistently delivers the high standards our members and colleagues expect.
This is more than a traditional Facilities leadership role. You’ll place member experience at the heart of operational decision-making, using insight, expertise and strong leadership to improve building performance, strengthen service reliability and address issues before they affect the people using our spaces.
Working across Operations, Property, Partnerships, Design & Construction, Finance and other central teams, you’ll turn strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes. You’ll lead a broad Facilities function spanning regional operations, technical services, compliance, maintenance, supplier performance, asset management and capital investment.
Working Pattern
Please note this position is 4 days in the office and 1 day working from anywhere.
The role will also require a visible presence across our London portfolio.
Why This Role Matters
The quality and reliability of our buildings directly shape how members experience Fora. Your leadership will help ensure that our spaces continue to perform at their best, that disruption is managed decisively and that Facilities makes a visible contribution to member satisfaction, retention and confidence.
Success will mean creating a consistent, accountable and commercially focused Facilities operation. You’ll strengthen how we use data, manage risk, develop suppliers and plan investment, while building a leadership team capable of supporting a growing and evolving portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
Portfolio Leadership & Member Experience
- Lead day-to-day Facilities performance across the portfolio, creating clear accountability and consistently high standards across regional and specialist teams.
