HEAD OF IMMERSIVE SYSTEMS & OPERATIONS

About Trinax

Trinax designs and delivers premium, immersive digital experiences — spanning large-format displays, projection mapping, interactive environments, and integrated software-driven systems. Our ambition is to level up the quality and standards of these experiences through AV and Multimedia (AVMM) solutions with consistency, reliability, and technical excellence.

Operations at Trinax should not a support function. It must be a core value creator by leveling up the quality and standards of AVMM while ensuring ideas are buildable, systems are reliable, and experiences perform flawlessly over time.

Role Overview

This role is for a builder and game-changer, not a caretaker.

The Head of Immersive Systems & Operation is responsible for shaping, leading, and transforming Trinax’s Operations function into a high-performance technical organisation capable of supporting increasingly complex, premium, and globally replicable immersive experiences.

The role spans strategy, system design intent, pre-sales solutioning, and on-ground execution — balancing creative ambition with technical rigour, operational excellence, and commercial realism.
