Develop strategies to improve conversion, retention, reactivation, LTV and overall player profitability.
Build and scale CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives in collaboration with Product and Retention teams.
Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels, GEOs, traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong affiliate and strategic partnership networks.
Work closely with Product, Analytics, CRM, Finance and Operations to maximize marketing efficiency and player LTV.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing international marketing team.
Build the marketing function and organizational structure as the company scales.
Work directly with founders and C-level executives on business development, market expansion and growth strategy.
Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging opportunities across iGaming, crypto and Web3.
Establish clear marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
Turn marketing and business data into actionable decisions and growth initiatives.
Use Jira and Confluence to coordinate projects and maintain operational visibility.
