Head of Mobility Sales, Global

🚀 Ready to be the person who turns Mobility players into Bdeo's next big accounts?

At Bdeo, we're transforming the insurance and fleet industries through AI-driven visual intelligence. As we expand into Mobility — fleet management, leasing, rental, and connected insurance/risk — across international, non Spanish-speaking markets, we need someone who already speaks the language of this industry and can turn that fluency into new business.

We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of hunting new business and understanding a complex, relationship-driven vertical. Someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, navigating long enterprise sales cycles, and closing deals with the fleet operators, leasing companies, and mobility players that will define our growth internationally.

In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle end to end (prospecting, positioning, negotiating, closing) while acting as Bdeo's face and voice in the Mobility ecosystem across new markets.

If you like carrying your own number, thinking several moves ahead in long sales cycles, and turning industry expertise into trust and closed deals… this might be your next challenge 🎯

🔝 About the role

As Head of Mobility Sales Global, you'll sit in the sweet spot between hunting and expertise. With solid experience carrying your own number, you'll bring enough autonomy to build pipelines and close deals from day one, in a vertical where deep industry knowledge makes all the difference.

Your role will bridge new business development (bringing fleet, leasing, rental and mobility-adjacent players into Bdeo's pipeline) and market credibility (becoming a trusted voice in the Mobility ecosystem) — helping the business grow faster internationally while establishing Bdeo as a serious player in the space.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and execute the international sales strategy for the Mobility vertical, aligned with Bdeo's overall growth objectives.

• Identify, prioritize and close new business opportunities with fleet management, leasing, rental, and mobility-adjacent insurance players.

• Manage the full sales cycle for strategic accounts: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closing.

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, partners and industry stakeholders in the Mobility space.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure Bdeo's value proposition is tailored to Mobility use cases.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting the Mobility sector internationally.

• Report on pipeline, forecasting and key sales metrics to the CEO.

• Represent Bdeo at industry events, conferences and partner meetings across target markets.

👉🏾 Who we're looking for

• Proven experience as an individual-contributor sales professional (Account Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development, or similar) carrying and consistently hitting quota, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology companies.

• Solid background in the Mobility vertical — fleet management, leasing, rental, connected car, or related insurance/risktech — is highly valued and a strong differentiator.

• Track record of independently building pipelines and closing business in international markets.

• Demonstrated success closing complex, enterprise-level deals with long sales cycles.

• Strong network within the Mobility ecosystem (OEMs, fleet operators, leasing/rental companies, insurers) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with a hands-on, self-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required
