About the role
The Head of Partnerships & Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SiGMA Foundation while driving partnerships, sponsorships and fundraising opportunities that support its continued growth.
Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this is a hands-on role combining operational management, international project coordination and partnership development. The successful candidate will ensure Foundation projects and expeditions are effectively delivered while building strong relationships with corporate sponsors, donors, industry leaders and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Identify, pitch and secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships for Foundation projects and initiatives.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of sponsors, donors and strategic partners.
- Develop long-term relationships with partners and identify opportunities for continued involvement.
- Work with SiGMA's internal teams to ensure partnership commitments and visibility are successfully delivered.
Operations & International Projects
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the SiGMA Foundation.
- Coordinate humanitarian and community projects across multiple countries.
- Manage project timelines, logistics, suppliers, budgets and deliverables.
- Improve operational processes as the Foundation continues to grow and increase the number of projects delivered annually.
