Your goal will be to enable and support the Gaming product teams in creating products and experiences that will delight our customers, with the authority to set design standards and solutions for others to follow. Moreover, you will be expected to be a key contributor on key Gaming product initiatives and inspire the rest of the organization in building great products and experiences. You will also hold ownership for the governance of gaming-specific visual content quality, including where execution is carried out by other teams. Although this is a management role, you will still be expected to be a hands-on member of the team.

- Work closely with Research, Insights, and Data to make evidence-based design decisions.
- Own the implementation of the area’s UX/UI, maintaining excellence and consistency across the products and content.
- Own and govern products-specific imagery and content quality, defining review and approval processes, so that assets produced by other teams (e.g. game studio materials, suppliers, marketing) meet brand and product standards before release.
- Collaborate closely with the Branding team to ensure content aligns with the product strategy.
- Be responsible for the information architecture of our products.
- Own design for the Backoffice tools built to help maintain and operate our product offering.
