By combining cutting-edge technology, AI, and unmatched human expertise, we deliver a seamless experience that sets us apart. Beyond having one of the most coveted domain names in FinTech, Wealth.com is a dynamic, revenue-generating startup experiencing rapid yet sustainable growth.
A key reason behind our position as the #1 estate planning platform is our team. Our people thrive in a collaborative, supportive culture that fosters innovation and makes Wealth.com a place where everyone truly enjoys working. Wealth.com is certified as a Great Place to Work for 2024 and named a 2024 finalist for Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators!
The Opportunity
In this role you will own the product design function and strategy for Wealth.com. You will be partnering directly with leadership on vision, strategy, roadmap, scoping, and hiring so design decisions shape the business from the ground up. You will define what great looks like for an AI-native platform still being invented in real time. You'll translate design direction into a story that lands company-wide, making sure every pod's work ladders up to one coherent product vision. You'll set and maintain the design systems and standards that let quality scale no matter who's touching a given feature. Expect to embed directly in Wealth.com's highest-priority, highest-visibility workstreams, building credibility through impact, and to audit design maturity across the org as Wealth.com scales.
What You’ll Do
- Own product design function and strategy across the company
- Partner directly with leadership on roadmap, scoping and hiring decisions
- Influence and maintain design systems and standards (component libraries, interaction patterns, review rubrics) so quality scales independent of which designer touches a feature
- Shape AI-native interaction patterns for agent-driven AI-powered platform
- Translate product design direction into a story that lands across the company
- Ensuring each pod's work ladders up to one coherent product vision
- Embed directly in high-priority, high-visibility workstreams to drive impact and build credibility
- Audit and elevate design maturity across the org, closing gaps between ad hoc and systematic practice
What You Need
- 10+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft — and a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end
