We're a fast-scaling business operating in the iGaming industry, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our product direction, identify opportunities for improvement and turn business needs into meaningful product solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Performance Marketing, LiveOps and Business Operations to improve the customer experience and drive business growth. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, challenging the status quo and making things happen.
What You'll Do:
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth priorities.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining requirements through development, launch and optimisation.
- Prioritise product initiatives based on customer needs, business impact and available resources.
- Drive improvements across the customer journey, focusing on conversion, engagement, retention and overall product experience.
- Use data, customer feedback and market insights to guide product decisions and measure results.
- Work directly with Engineering, Design, Performance Marketing, LiveOps and Business Operations to deliver high-quality products and improvements.
- Build and lead the Product team, setting clear expectations, ownership and performance standards.
- Establish effective product management processes and ways of working that support the company's growth.
- Keep leadership and stakeholders aligned on product priorities, progress and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Product Management, including previous experience leading product teams and strategy.
- Proven track record of building, improving and scaling successful digital products.
- Good commercial understanding and the ability to connect product decisions with business results.
- Experience establishing and managing product roadmaps, setting priorities and delivering initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data and customer insights to make decisions.
