Why Brazil, Why Now
Brazil is the world's largest stablecoin market and has just become one of the most clearly regulated, and the company's Brazil entity is being built for that regime from scratch.
- No. 1 market. Brazil ranked first in the Chainalysis 2026 Global Crypto Adoption Index, with a $252.5B crypto economy.
- Payments, not trading. Roughly 90% of Brazil's crypto flows are stablecoin-related: supplier payments, remittances and treasury. That is the company's core business.
- The rules are written. BCB Resolutions 519, 520 and 521 took effect on 2 Feb 2026, creating a license for virtual-asset providers and treating stablecoin cross-border flows as FX.
- A founding moment. Most players are retrofitting to comply. The company is designing its Brazil entity properly from day one, with a live global platform and BRL already a working corridor.
