Head of Project Management

Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿120,000 per month

About the role

To lead and oversee the planning, development, and construction execution of low-rise residential projects, including single-detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhouses, and residential communities. The position is responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with approved development plans, budgets, schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. The role also oversees infrastructure development, contractor management, cost optimization, project risk management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve project objectives and maximize business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies for the company's low-rise residential development portfolio

• Oversee multiple residential projects from pre-construction planning through construction completion and handover

• Establish project management standards, operating procedures, reporting systems, and performance monitoring processes

• Oversee the preparation and implementation of master project schedules, construction plans, and project milestones

• Supervise construction activities covering site preparation, earthworks, foundations, structural works, architectural works, and building systems

• Oversee construction budget planning, cost forecasting, and expenditure control across the project portfolio

• Oversee contractor selection, tender evaluation, and performance assessment in coordination with Procurement and relevant departments

• Establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control standards for all low-rise residential projects

• Oversee the planning and construction of internal roads, drainage, water supply, electrical systems, wastewater systems, and other essential infrastructure

• Lead and manage Project Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and other relevant personnel within the approved organizational structure

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction or property development, with substantial experience in low-rise residential projects

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management overseeing multiple construction projects or a residential development portfolio

• Proven track record in managing single-detached houses, semi-detached houses, townhouses, or large-scale housing estate developments

• Strong knowledge of construction planning, infrastructure development, cost control, contractor management, and quality assurance

• Good understanding of building regulations, construction permits, occupational health and safety, and relevant regulatory requirements

• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

• Ability to travel between project sites as required
