Head of Tokenization
We are seeking a senior Product leader to drive our strategic expansion from crypto-assets into all tokenized assets so the Talos platform has front-to-back support for tokenized equities, bonds and other emerging asset classes on-chain. You will own this strategic initiative, working closely with the Head of Product Strategy and other product managers to drive go-to-market strategy; client and partner engagement; and setting overall project delivery direction. This position is ultimately accountable for P&L in a new product line.
Responsibilities
- Lead specification, high-level design and delivery of a full tokenized securities venue platform and its integration into Talos, inclusive of all key elements
- Market structure
- Liquidity provision, clearing & settlement
- On-chain vs. off-chain integrations
- Identity and KYC/AML
- Regulatory reporting
- Direct technical product management and Engineering, both dedicated project resources and cross-team dependencies, to ensure rapid, coordinated delivery of the new product
- Develop and own relationships with early design partners & ecosystem partners to iteratively shape product requirements, and drive key build/buy/partner decisions
- Work with Revenue on go-to-market strategy, materials, marketing and own product line P&L
- Work with Legal & Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and help identify opportunities coming out of emerging regulatory directions worldwide
