This isn't just a sales job—it's an opportunity to build a high-income career by delivering exceptional value to homeowners.

The Role
As our In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with clients in their homes to provide detailed consultations and present personalized painting solutions. You'll work with high-ticket projects, guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide professional, accurate estimates.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with the mindset of a champion—a former athlete or a highly competitive individual who knows what it takes to win. You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Punctual: You're a professional who respects others' time and is always on schedule for appointments and meetings.

Determined: You're a goal-oriented individual who isn't afraid of a challenge and is relentless in the pursuit of success.

Consistent: You understand that great results come from consistent effort and a reliable process. You show up every day ready to perform at a high level.

Why Join Us?
High-Income Potential: This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. The harder you work, the more you can make.

Supportive Environment: We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. You won't just be handed a list of leads; you'll be part of a team dedicated to your growth.

Impactful Work: You'll be helping homeowners transform their spaces, and your work will be a direct reflection of our company's commitment to quality.

If you are a driven, competitive, and reliable individual who is ready to turn your winning mentality into a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply. Experience in high-ticket or in-home sales is a plus, but we are most interested in candidates with the right character and drive.

To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why your competitive background makes you the ideal candidate for this role.
