Job Description & Duties
- Inbound calls Handle incoming calls from customers efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about services .
- Complaints & Escalation Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Escalate critical issues to the appropriat team for prompt resolution. Ensure all complaints are closed within the defined Turnaround Time.
- SALARY 18,000 to 57,000 in hand + Attractive incentives
- LOCATION Malad, Andheri,Powai, Thane & Airoli
- SHIFT US,UK,AUS
5days working & 2 days offs
