QualificationsValid and current HHA or CNA certificateFull, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 12 months (permits and JOLs do not qualify)Personal reliable vehicle for traveling to individuals’ homesMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentMust pass required background checks, physical exam, and TB screeningComfortable using a mobile device for documentationCaregiving experience preferredCompassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator
