Full description
Choice Health at Home is seeking an experienced Home Health Business Development Liaison to drive referral growth and market expansion throughout West Broward County. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating home health referrals, developing relationships with physicians and facilities, and consistently achieving admissions goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers
- Grow market share by identifying and securing new referral sources
- Execute territory development plans and achieve monthly admission targets
- Serve as a trusted resource and clinical liaison for referral partners
- Analyze referral trends and implement growth strategies
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
Required Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful home health or hospice sales experience
- Stable work history in the healthcare sales field
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding referral and admissions goals
- Established healthcare referral relationships within Broward County strongly preferred
