The Opportunity
This is not about memorizing a script or applying pressure.
Our Project Consultants meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. You'll evaluate what they're trying to accomplish, understand the home and project conditions, educate them on the right solution, build a professional proposal, and confidently help them make a decision.
We provide the appointments, training, technology, systems, and company vehicle. You bring professionalism, curiosity, accountability, emotional intelligence, and the drive to become exceptional at your craft.
Successful Project Consultants can earn well into six figures. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000-$200,000+ annually.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for more than someone who knows how to sell. We're looking for a professional who can become a trusted advisor to a homeowner.
- Communicate naturally and build trust quickly.
- Present yourself professionally and take pride in being prepared.
- Have strong emotional intelligence and know how to read a room.
- Are curious about how things work and enjoy learning technical information.
- Can take complicated information and explain it clearly.
- Ask intelligent questions before making assumptions.
- Follow through when you say you're going to do something.
- Stay composed when conversations become difficult.
- Are comfortable discussing significant financial decisions.
- Take ownership when something goes wrong rather than making excuses.
- Are organized and comfortable using modern technology.
- Want your income to reflect the value and results you produce.
- Are interested in eventually taking on greater responsibility, leadership, or management.
You Don't Need to Come From Home Improvement
Prior home-improvement sales experience is valuable, but it is not required for the right person.
Some of our strongest future candidates may come from backgrounds such as construction, project management, estimating, automotive sales or service, real estate, insurance, B2B sales, account management, field service, hospitality management, operations, technical sales, or another customer-facing professional career.
If you've built a career around customers, projects, technical products, leadership, problem-solving, or earning people's trust and are considering your next chapter, we want to hear from you.
