- Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program required.
- One (1) year of healthcare social work experience required.

Logan Health's Hospice Team is looking for a Medical Social Worker (MSW) to assist them on a PRN basis supporting Flathead and Lake Counties!
You'll have the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, chaplains, CNA/Home Health Aides, social workers and Hospice Medical Director to support patient and their families during the end of life's journey.
We're looking for someone to provide coverage during vacations, staff absences and sick calls. In this role, you'll complete psychosocial assessments, connect patients and families with essential resources, provide compassionate emotional support, and assist with bereavement services.

Qualifications:
