About Our Family

We are a warm, energetic, and dynamic family of five with three children (ages 7, 5, and 3) and a joyful, busy household. We also have beloved pets, two large dogs and a parakeet. Our older children attend school full-time, and our youngest attends preschool part-time.

Both parents run businesses and work a mix of from-home and outside-the-home schedules. We have reliable childcare support, but we are looking for a proactive teammate who can support home operations, bring calm structure to our days, and help us stay ahead — especially with laundry, organization, meal support, and routines.

We value kindness, efficiency, and great communication — and we love someone who brings joy, warmth, and a can-do attitude into the home.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You are patient, organized, and efficient — someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and works independently. You have excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset: you notice what needs to be done before being asked. You bring a calm, joyful energy to your work and approach family life with discretion, warmth, and professionalism.

Our ideal candidate:

• Calm and patient
• A strong communicator
• Consistent in follow-through
• Detail-oriented and productive
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable with pets
• Self-directed but comfortable checking in for clarity
• Able to anticipate needs and offer thoughtful suggestions or solutions
• Flexible and steady under changing priorities
• Enjoys being around children and familiar with/open to authoritative parenting principles with emotional support and boundaries
• Maintains and respects privacy and discretion in all household matters
