Housekeeper

Dyson Farming is a family-owned agricultural business built around a long-term vision: to benefit future generations through commercially viable, environmentally sustainable food production at scale. Operating across several thousand acres in Lincolnshire and beyond, the business combines traditional farming know-how with innovation and technology — from precision spraying and glasshouse growing to a large-scale anaerobic digester that turns home-grown energy crops into renewable power for thousands of homes, with the by-product heat and digestate feeding back into crop and fruit production. With a team of people working across arable, livestock, horticulture, engineering, and estate management, Dyson Farming welcomes applicants new to agriculture as well as experienced hands, and is committed to being a progressive, inclusive employer where people can build genuine careers.

Dyson Farming is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone is treated fairly and with respect. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marital status, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.
