What you'll do

• You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of rooms and common areas on your assigned floor, following our high standards of quality and hygiene.

• You will organize the linen room on your floor and communicate the needs for linen, products, and other materials to guarantee daily service.

• You will detect and report any anomaly or incident that may affect the comfort of our guests or the operation of the hotel.

• You will responsibly care for the master key, ensuring its correct and safe use.

• You will be an ambassador of our image, conveying the chain's values at all times.
