HR Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for A well-established, privately owned contracting company with decades of experience in construction services. We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our people strategy and support our growing workforce.The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:
**- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office staff.

• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and construction regulations.

• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Utilize Business Central for HR data, payroll integration, and reporting.

• Manage recruitment and employee records via Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.

• ​Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPD) preferred.

• ​Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory: Experience in Construction, Contracting, or Infrastructure industry.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho (People & Recruit).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
