HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about creating safe, sustainable working environments and driving continuous improvement together with your team? Do you take ownership, communicate clearly, and enjoy shaping the future of logistics and data centre operations? Join us as an HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d) and make a real impact by fostering a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration. Are you on it?

• Ensuring HSSE Compliance: You implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards and client requirements across warehouse and data centre operations, ensuring clarity and reliability in all processes.

• Operational Safety Coordination: Oversee safety aspects in logistics operations such as material handling, loading activities, transport processes and contractor management in dynamic environments.
• Training & Safety Culture: Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions while fostering an open, learning-oriented safety culture where continuous improvement is encouraged.
• Incident Management & Reporting: Investigate incidents and near misses, track KPIs and develop action plans, ensuring transparency and measurable progress in HSSE performance.

• Professional Qualification: Completed technical education or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: You bring relevant experience in HSSE/EHS within logistics, industrial, construction or data centre environments.
• Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and Austrian regulations combined with a hands-on approach.
• Language Skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Personal Strengths: You are structured, communicative and proactive, take responsibility for your actions and inspire others to contribute to a strong and collaborative safety culture.

For candidates with relevant qualifications and experience, the annual gross salary can be up to €60,000, with the final offer reflecting the individual profile, qualifications, and experience level.

Shared growth & development: We invest in your professional and personal development — for example through trainings, internal learning formats and mentoring by experienced colleagues.

• Digital & innovative environment: You can look forward to digitalized and largely automated processes as well as modern tools; you will work in an environment where new ideas are welcome and the status quo is regularly challenged.
• Team culture & informal communication: We live an open first-name culture, short decision-making paths and trusting collaboration; mutual feedback, appreciation and a “Act we not me” mindset are part of who we are.
