Hands on experience in HR transformation and Talent Management projects need to have deep expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:

• You will be taking charge of HR Operating Model / HR Service Delivery Model

• You will be taking care of HR Shared Services

• You will be doing HR Process

• You will be doing HR Policy Design and harmonisation

• You will be doing HR Diagnostics / Analytics

• You should be taking care of HR Technology

• Organization Design knowledge is also important to

• Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes

• Prior relevant consulting experience is a must.

• Working experience with international clients is desirable

• Min Exp: 1-10 years

• MBA from Tier1/2 College is mandatory from consulting organization

• Multiple positions are open.
