Human Resource Executive / Human Resource Senior Executive

Job Description

· Handle full spectrum of HR function

· Application, renewal andcancellation of foreign worker passes

· To assist in recruitment whichincludes job postings, schedule interviews

· Prepare all employment-relateddocuments, e.g. employment contact, letter etc

· On-boarding / Off-boardingformalities, staff orientation

· Handle monthly payroll and salaryreport preparation

· Design, oversee and implementCompany’s compensation and benefits programs

· Design, formulate and manage staffappraisal system

· Organize corporate events

· Review and update HR Policies

· Processing of Government Bodiesclaim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims andstatutory claims

· Preparation and filling of IR8A andIR21

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties asrequested or assigned

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in HR relateddisciplines

· At least 3 years HR and payrollprocessing experience

· Familiar with work passapplications, renewals and cancellation

· Able to prioritize and handlemultiple tasks

· Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

· Able to work independently in afast-pace environment, under minimal supervision
