Human Resources Manager

Are you an HR leader who's just as energized by building culture as you are by solving the problem in front of you?

Wallace Graphics is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial print companies headquartered in Georgia – and we're looking for a Human Resources Manager to help build the people side of that growth, right alongside it.

Our services span commercial print, direct mail, wide format print and installation, digital storefront implementation and management, branded apparel and merchandising with a team full of print experts ready to solve the most complex challenges. We offer full-service solutions for our clients using the latest technology with the very best equipment.

Our continued growth is a testament to our talented workforce and passionate leadership. We operate in a team-oriented environment built on strong values and a genuine priority on lasting relationships – with our clients and our people. We believe that engaging, training, and rewarding our employees are the secret ingredients to our success. We invest in the growth of our people, from cross-training and lean production learning to management development. If you're looking for a place where your work matters and your career can grow, you'll feel that here.

Looking to expand your career? This is your chance to shape how our people experience work as we scale – and to build the kind of HR function that grows in influence as the business grows. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to fill a key strategic role at our Duluth facility.

The Ideal Candidate:

This role reports to our HR Director and serves as a true strategic business partner — someone who can zoom out to shape culture and workforce strategy, and zoom back in to get things done. We're not looking for someone to simply maintain what exists; we're looking for someone who wants to build — modernizing HR operations, strengthening how we attract and develop talent, and helping shape the employee experience for a company that's doubled in size and isn't slowing down. It's the right seat for a mid-career HR professional who's ready for more scope, more visibility, and more room to grow into a larger role as we scale.

What You'll Bring:

• A talent-first mindset — you know how to find, attract, and onboard great people, and you care about building an employer brand candidates want to be part of.

• A genuine passion for people: you're the trusted advisor employees and managers turn to for coaching, conflict resolution, and honest guidance.

• Command of the technical side of HR: benefits, compensation, compliance, and HRIS systems don't intimidate you — you see them as the foundation that lets the strategic work happen.

• A continuous-improvement instinct — you're always looking for the smarter process, the better system, the clearer policy.

• A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Benefits include (in addition to a competitive salary):

• Health, dental and vision insurance

• Health savings account access

• Group life insurance

• 401k retirement plan plus employer match

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Recognition rewards and bonuses

• Regular team building events
