High dollar piece work pay
Lead installers earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year
No on-call. Ever.
Saturdays and Sundays off

THE ROLE
This is a residential HVAC installation position. You will install split systems, package units, mini splits, and full duct systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism in every job. You will be backed by a full warehouse and office team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need before you hit the road.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Install residential HVAC split systems, package units, and mini splits
- Install copper line sets, wiring, and drain lines
- Build return stands and duct plenums
- Install full duct systems (bonus paid during summer)
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles and installation trailers
- Complete installation checklists and submit all photos to our CRM
- Collect customer signature and payment at job completion
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and equipment on every job
