Hybrid ML Engineer — Production AI & Data Pipelines

Badger Holdings ARC team in George, Western Cape is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data and AI group. You will partner with Data Science to ensure reliable, high-quality data and the infra to deploy models into production with confidence.

You will operate at the intersection of data engineering and MLOps, designing scalable feature pipelines, Snowflake assets, and production-ready AI solutions, while applying governance and regulatory considerations.
