Hyrox Account Manager

About the role

The Hyrox Account Manager is a senior, dual-function hire on the Centr Marketing Team. Centr’s ideal candidate is equal parts strategic partner and operational engine for one of Centr's most important partners.

Centr's partnership with HYROX sits at the intersection of brand, commerce, and community. This role exists to make that partnership run exceptionally well — both in how it's managed day-to-day and in how it grows over time. The HYROX Account Operations Manager is Centr's primary liaison to HYROX, owning all communications, coordination, and relationship-building that keeps the partnership strong and moving forward.

This is not a traditional project manager role. The ideal candidate brings a background in account services or client management and understands that operational excellence and relationship depth go hand in hand. They are as comfortable facilitating a senior stakeholder meeting as they are building a project tracker, and they bring strategic instinct to everything they touch.

Reporting directly to the SVP, Brand Marketing, this person will serve as the connective tissue between Centr and HYROX and will work cross-functionally across Centr's Brand, Activation, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure partnership priorities are clearly communicated, well-resourced, and flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Centr's primary day-to-day liaison to the HYROX global team, maintaining a responsive, relationship-forward communication standard across all levels of the partnership.

• Own all scheduling and coordination across the Centr x HYROX partnership: planning syncs, QBRs, campaign briefings, event coordination meetings, and executive touchpoints.

• Lead partnership syncs: own agenda preparation, facilitation, recap documentation, and action item tracking; distribute concise, accurate recaps within 24 hours of each meeting.

• Develop and implement strategies that deepen the Centr x HYROX partnership, identifying opportunities to grow the relationship commercially, experientially, and within the HYROX community.

• Identify operational challenges and friction points within the partnership and design structured initiatives to improve efficiency, communication, and joint execution.

• Analyze partnership performance data and activation trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine strategy.

• Translate HYROX partnership priorities into clear, actionable briefs for Centr's Brand, Activation, Creative, and Commercial teams, ensuring everyone is aligned, resourced, and working toward shared outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional projects to implement partnership initiatives; ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and maintain momentum from kickoff through delivery.

• Own all partnership documentation: contact management, briefing records, campaign tracking, meeting archives, and key milestones.

• Maintain a live, comprehensive Asana board across all open partnership commitments, owners, and milestones; surface blockers early and keep the full team coordinated.

• Monitor the day-to-day health of the Centr x HYROX partnership, proactively planning around opportunities and risks.

• Own QBR logistics end-to-end: scheduling, invite management, deck coordination, initial slide drafting, and post-QBR action item tracking.

• Track partnership KPIs and joint performance metrics; lead post-activation recaps with actionable learnings and recommendations to inform future strategy.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, partnership management, or related fields.
• Background in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or performance brands strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, senior-level partnerships or client relationships. Comfortable as the face of a brand in a high-stakes, collaborative environment.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement account or partnership strategies, not just manage day-to-day operations.

• Experience with cross-functional project management: building alignment across creative, commercial, and operational teams.

• Experience supporting or leading QBR preparation, executive meeting logistics, or renewal planning in a client-facing capacity.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience owning partner-facing communications end-to-end.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com).

• Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings as needed.

Personal Attributes:

• Relationship-first mindset. The ideal candidate naturally builds trust and rapport at all levels, from day-to-day contacts to senior executives.

• Highly organized with a strong operational instinct; treats documentation, follow-through, and account hygiene as a professional standard, not an afterthought.

• Skilled facilitator. The ideal candidate can run a room, navigate competing priorities, and keep all parties moving toward the same outcome.

• Proactive opportunity and risk awareness. Knowing when and how to escalate critical information.

• Clear, confident communicator, effective in written correspondence and live meetings.

• Self-sufficient with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Entrepreneurial approach; the ideal candidate is comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Deep passion for fitness, wellness, and performance culture.

• Existing relationships within the HYROX ecosystem a plus.
