- Contact all stakeholders within 48 hours of case assignment.
- Complete a full record review within 7 days and a record audit monthly.

Crisis response and teamwork
- Provide 24-hour on-call crisis support for your caseload, on a scheduled and as needed basis.
- Attend staff meetings, clinical staffings, in-service training, and monthly supervision.
- Represent CTS Inc. professionally with schools, courts, DSS, and community partners.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40-hour work week.
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) and 3 remote days.
- Remote days include community-based services and at least 2–3 in-home visits per month per foster home, depending on the program.
