(Immediate Opening) High School English Teacher | Quest Forward Santa Rosa

Quest Forward Santa Rosa is a private school serving grades 6-12, with a middle school (6th-8th grade) and a high school (9th-12th grade) housed in the same building. Opened in August 2017 as a high school, Quest Forward is fully accredited and believes in academic excellence, offers A-G University-approved courses, and is hyper-focused on college and career preparation. Our small class sizes, no cell phone policy, and personal attention to students create a welcoming, authentic learning environment. As one of the flagship schools for Opportunity Education (www.opportunityeducation.org), Quest Forward aims to set a model for schools nationwide.

In August 2025, Quest Forward added 7th and 8th grade to its school community, and in August 2026 we welcomed our first 6th graders, completing our middle school. This growth gives families a middle school option and builds community among students who will matriculate into Quest Forward High School. Middle school teachers are in the founding years of establishing a cohesive middle school culture, launching special middle school traditions, and teaching middle school content in a personalized setting.
