Role Overview
The Implementation Consultant (IC) turns client requirements into a working, tested and documented Gotransverse configuration with speed and precision. The IC works alongside the Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and QA to translate business requirements into platform configuration, support testing and reconciliation, and ensure successful implementation and handover.
The role combines billing domain knowledge, hands-on platform skills, analytical thinking and client-facing communication to deliver accurate and reliable configurations.
Key Responsibilities1. Discovery & Requirements
- Run working sessions with clients and translate contract terms and business scenarios into configurable requirements.
- Ask clarifying questions to understand the business need behind client requests.
- Challenge unclear requirements and recommend best practices.
- Ensure requirements are traceable to corresponding build elements.
- Understand design specifications to determine implementation next steps.
