Working closely with recruitment, marketing and operations, you’ll build the team, establish clear processes and coach your people to succeed. You’ll understand the numbers behind the sales funnel and use them to improve lead conversion, team performance and the return on our digital marketing investment.

What You'll Do

Build and recruit a phone sales team from scratch, helping select, onboard and develop the right people.

-
Establish sales scripts, lead allocation, follow-up processes and clear performance expectations.

-
Coach the team on customer discovery, product recommendations, objection handling and closing.

-
Lead by example through hands-on selling and practical call coaching.

-
Own sales targets and monitor lead-to-sale conversion, cost per acquisition, revenue per lead and individual team performance.

-
Work closely with marketing to assess lead quality and sales performance across Google and Meta campaigns.

-
Use CRM reporting and call reviews to identify opportunities, improve processes and address underperformance.

-
Ensure customers receive clear, accurate advice and a smooth handover to delivery teams.

-
Build a positive team culture with strong accountability and a focus on continuous improvement.

What You Bring

-
2+ years proven experience supervising or managing a phone-based sales team.

-
Experience converting Google/Meta-generated leads into sales.

-
A strong personal sales background and confidence coaching others to close.

-
A solid understanding of paid digital lead generation and how campaign performance connects to sales outcomes.

-
Confidence analysing conversion rates, acquisition costs, revenue per lead and team performance metrics.

-
Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing salespeople; building a team from scratch would be highly regarded.

-
Strong CRM skills and a structured approach to pipeline management and follow-up (Salesforce highly regarded but not essential)

-
Clear communication, commercial judgement and the initiative to turn ideas into action.

-
Experience in renewable energy sales, home electrification would be highly regarded. We’re also keen to hear from strong sales leaders from other industries with relevant digital lead conversion experience.
