Build a Career, Not Just Another Job

Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire is growing, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers the right way.

You don't need years of HVAC experience—we can teach you the technical side.

What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, professionalism, and the desire to do the job right every single day.

If you're the kind of person who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and leaving customers impressed with your work, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every day is different.

As an Indoor Air Quality Technician, you'll help homeowners improve the comfort, cleanliness, and health of their homes by performing specialized indoor air quality services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Air duct cleaning

• Dryer vent cleaning

• HVAC system cleaning

• Sanitizing duct systems and HVAC components

• Installing and replacing air filtration products

• Recommending indoor air quality solutions

• Operating professional duct cleaning equipment

• Taking before-and-after photos of completed work

• Educating homeowners on improving their indoor air quality

• Maintaining company equipment and vehicles

You'll be the face of our company inside our customers' homes, so professionalism matters just as much as technical ability.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in doing quality work

• Has a strong work ethic

• Is dependable and accountable

• Enjoys working with their hands

• Learns quickly and accepts coaching

• Treats customers with respect

• Has a positive attitude

• Pays attention to detail

• Enjoys solving problems

Character matters more than experience.

Candidates with backgrounds in the following fields tend to excel:

• HVAC

• Construction

• Electrical

• Restoration

• Carpet cleaning

• Mechanical repair

• Automotive service

• General maintenance

• Military service

If you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'll provide the training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to lift 75 pounds

• Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and in crawlspaces
