Job Summary
IAM Information Security Lead Specialist provides technical and strategic leadership for identity governance, access management, authentication, and IAM modernization initiatives. Collaborates with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new security initiatives.
Essential Tasks & Leadership Philosophy
- Lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a strategic IAM subject matter expert, identifying opportunities to enhance identity governance, access management, authentication, and authorization capabilities across the organization.
- Drive the adoption of modern identity security practices, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity lifecycle management.
- Develops expertise in insurance business operations in order to drive security innovations for a financial services organization.
