Inside Sales Closer - (Inside/Phone Sales) - Warm Leads, Uncapped Commission

This Is Not Just Another Phone Sales Job

Every day, homeowners get an estimate from Beyond Wow and don't move forward — not because they don't need the work, but because life got in the way, they got busy, or no one followed up.

That's where you come in.

At Beyond Wow Plumbing, you'll call homeowners who already know us, already had us in their home, and already need the work done. Your job is to reconnect, rebuild trust, answer the questions holding them back, and help them say yes — turning missed estimates into booked jobs and won revenue.

Beyond Wow is building a team of Gold Collar professionals who want more than a paycheck. We're looking for a driven closer who takes ownership, loves the phone, and gets a thrill out of turning a "not right now" into a "let's do it."

If you're looking for a place to coast, make a few calls, and collect a paycheck, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're a competitor who wants to win, grow, help people, and control your own income — keep reading.

Who We Are

Founded in 1980, Beyond Wow Plumbing has served Central Texas families with one mission: deliver a WOW experience, every time.

We're a family-owned company built on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service — and we've got the track record to prove it. We've held a BBB A+ accreditation for more than 30 consecutive years, one of the longest unbroken records around, and we've served over 250,000 homeowners across the greater Austin area. That kind of trust doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we do things the right way and treat people with respect, one job at a time.

But what truly sets us apart isn't just how we serve our customers — it's how we invest in our team. We believe great companies are built by great people, and we're committed to helping our people grow personally and professionally. When you join Beyond Wow, you join a team that celebrates wins, supports one another, and creates real opportunities for long-term success.

Our Core ValuesGROWTH — Grow or Die. We invest in ourselves and each other. We never stop learning. We pursue mastery and seek coaching. We get better at our skills, mindset, and leadership every day.

DISCIPLINE — Do The Work. We do what we say, when we say. Consistency creates champions. We hold the standard when no one's watching. We choose the hard right over the easy wrong.

FOCUS — Lock In. We know the mission and stay on it. We finish what we start before chasing the next thing. We spend our time and energy on what creates impact.

EXCELLENCE — Be The Best. Good enough is never good enough — we raise the standard. We go beyond expectations on every call. We treat every interaction like it carries our name, because it does.

OWNERSHIP — Own It. We own our outcomes. No excuses, only solutions. We take responsibility and follow through on commitments. We solve problems.

RESULTS — Win. Activity is not results. We finish what we start. We measure what matters and move the number. We turn effort into outcomes for the customer, the team, and the business.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the person who makes sure no opportunity slips through the cracks. You'll:

• Call homeowners with open, unsold estimates and close them over the phone

• Rebuild rapport and trust with customers who've already met our team

• Uncover the real reasons a job didn't move forward and solve them

• Educate homeowners on their options and guide them to the right decision

• Follow up consistently and persistently until you get a yes or a firm no

• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

• Work leads that didn't sell in the field and turn them into booked revenue

• Keep our CRM accurate with complete notes, next steps, and follow-up dates

• Coordinate with the field team and dispatch to schedule the work

• Get customers excited about Beyond Wow and generate referrals

Every call is an opportunity to recover revenue, help a family solve a real problem, and deliver a true WOW experience.
