Inside Sales Rep

Inside Sales Representative (Lead Response & Closing) at KorFab$25–$30/hr DOE · Commission potential· Full benefits + 401(k) match · 4.5-day week, no weekends · Arizona

You know the deal goes to whoever calls back first and follows up longest. That’s this job.

KorFab is a quick-turn, high-volume shop, and our sales process should move just as fast. We’re growing into the manufacturing market, and you’ll be on the front line of opening those doors. You’ll be the first voice a new prospect hears and the reason our opportunities don’t go cold. You’ll respond to inbound leads fast, qualify them, keep proposals moving, and help our sales team close. If you get a kick out of turning a “just looking” inquiry into a signed contract, and you’d like to help build a new market from the ground up, you’ll fit right in.

Who we are

At All Things Metal Industries, we don’t just build steel. We build people, relationships, and lasting careers. We’re a family-owned company recognized multiple times as one of Arizona’s Best Places to Work, and we take that seriously.

This position is with KorFab, part of the All Things Metal family of brands. KorFab specializes in quick-turn, high-quantity metal components, delivering fast turnaround and consistent quality at volume. We’re expanding into the manufacturing world, and our nimble team brings the speed of a focused shop with the core values and support of All Things Metal Industries behind it.

Our culture is fast-paced and driven, but also supportive and humble. We look for teammates who are hungry to learn, smart in how they work, and humble enough to grow with others. In the shop, the field, or the office, we promote from within, invest in our people, and help each other reach the next level. This isn’t a short-term gig. It’s a long-term home where hard work meets big opportunity.

What you’ll do

Win the race to the lead. Respond to every inbound lead the same business day or faster, qualify it against our target criteria, and get it to the right salesperson or estimator.

Keep deals moving to close. Make outbound follow-up calls on open proposals and quotes, re-engage clients who’ve gone quiet, and coordinate pricing, scope, and terms between the client, sales, and estimating so nothing stalls.

Help us break into manufacturing. Research and prospect manufacturers and OEMs that need fast, reliable, high-volume metal components. Build a qualified pipeline in a new market, and check in with existing customers to find repeat work and referrals.

Own your numbers. Track every lead, response time, and conversion in the CRM, and report on which lead sources are actually turning into business.

Keep customers close. Schedule and prep customer meetings, help run customer appreciation events, and handle outreach that keeps KorFab top of mind between projects.

You’ll thrive here if you

• Are hungry to learn, smart in how you work, and humble enough to grow with a team
• Have 1–3 years in inside sales, business development, sales support, customer service, or a related role (recent grads with real hustle, we want to hear from you too)
• Pick up the phone without hesitating and follow up without being told
• Stay organized across a full pipeline and never let a lead slip through the cracks
• Write and speak clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have a valid driver’s license and can travel locally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Bonus points for: experience selling to or working in manufacturing, CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar), pipeline management and lead generation know-how, experience with estimates, quotes, or bids, a background in metal fabrication, industrial services, engineering, construction, or energy, and experience with trade shows or marketing events.
