Arnoff generates a steady flow of inbound calls and web leads from people ready to move. You'll work in our Sales Center, where hot leads come in live and are transferred to you as they arrive. Your job is to quote them quickly and book the move before anyone else.
You'll quote and book local moves over the phone, schedule in-home estimates for our territory reps on larger moves, and follow up quickly and consistently on marketing leads. Commission is uncapped, so your earnings reflect your results.
Key responsibilitiesINBOUND CALLS & INTAKE
- Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally
- Collect contact info, move dates, addresses, and access details (do they have stairs, elevators, parking, etc.).
- Log every lead and interaction in the CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) in real time
HOT LEADS & RELENTLESS FOLLOW-UP
- Take hot leads transferred live from the Sales Center and work to close them on the spot
- Call every new web lead within minutes during business hours
- Follow up relentlessly on every new lead — calls, texts, and emails until it's booked or closed
- Re-engage stale and lost leads and past estimates to win back business
INVENTORY, QUOTING & CLOSING
- Build accurate inventories by phone, live video survey, or customer photos
- Quote local moves using Arnoff pricing guidelines (crew, truck, hours, materials)
- Quote and book smaller, non-complex moves (typically studio–2 bedroom) over the phone
- Close on the first call whenever possible; ask for the booking every time
- Offer packing, crating, storage and valuation coverage on every quote
- Sell value, not discounts — protect Arnoff's pricing and margins
- Understand competing quotes and clearly position Arnoff's value
SITE VISITS & COORDINATION
- Book in-home estimates with the right territory rep for larger or complex moves, with complete notes
- Hand booked moves to operations with accurate details
- Make a post-move satisfaction call and request a review
- Cover the phones first-come, first-served with the Sales Center team
