About the Role
We're looking for a driven, curious, and people-first Account Executive to join our inside sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with field sales and management, often having the first conversation with the prospective customer. Your primary role is supporting the company’s primary job - selling the electrical components and industrial devices, of the manufacturers we represent, to procurement managers, engineers, distributors, and operations teams across a range of industries, including hospitals, data centers, government facilities, and universities.
We'll teach you the products. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and genuine desire to help customers solve problems. If you're coachable, hungry to learn, and a natural communicator, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage and convert a consistent pipeline of inbound quote requests and leads from marketing, website, and referral channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements, technical specs, and buying timelines
- Prepare and present tailored product recommendations, quotes, and proposals
- Manage the opportunity from first contact to purchase order — following up persistently and professionally
- Build relationships with repeat customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Accurately maintain deal stages, notes, and activity in CRM (Repfabric, SieSales, HubSpot, etc.)
- Collaborate with product engineers, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
