About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to support our client's growth in the Spanish market.
This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and, most importantly, closing deals. You will manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach and understanding customer requirements through to presenting suitable products, handling objections and securing sales.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, preferably selling physical products such as blinds, window furnishings, hardware, building materials or home improvement products. You will be confident communicating product benefits, understanding customer needs and converting opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound activities, including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research prospective customers, identify key decision-makers and build relationships with potential buyers across Spain.
- Manage and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
