**ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. My State Farm journey began in college when I worked part-time as a team member before building my career as a personal banker and eventually returning to open my own agency. Outside of work, I'm a parent of two young children and enjoy animals, plants, being outdoors, and relaxing with my family.

Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, paid holidays, vacation time, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to have the opportunity to grow professionally, maximize their earning potential, and enjoy a rewarding long-term career.

Our culture is straightforward, respectful, and drama-free. We get along well, work together to provide great service, and stay focused on achieving our goals. I'm looking for someone who is sincere, patient, considerate, and team-oriented, with the motivation to help our agency grow while reaching their own professional and financial goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, attentive service to existing clients and prospects

• Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products

• Identify sales opportunities and pivot from service to sales conversations seamlessly

• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships

• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales and retention goals

• Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed

Who You Are:

• Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (we cover exam costs and provide continuing education support)

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Comfortable transitioning from client service to sales discussions

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required

• Bilingual Vietnamese highly preferred.
