About the Role

As an International Sales Consultant based in Panama City, Panama, you will represent Hansgrohe, a globally recognized German brand known for award-winning design, premium products, and a strong commitment to sustainability. While the position is based in Panama, your primary sales territory will be Jamaica and other Caribbean markets, with responsibility for developing and expanding Hansgrohe’s presence throughout the region.

This strategic role is focused on driving sales growth and market development across multiple channels while building and strengthening relationships with distributors, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and other key industry partners. You will serve as an important connection between Hansgrohe and our Caribbean customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the brand across the territory.

The ideal consultant will be an experienced sales and specification professional who understands how to develop markets, build long-term commercial relationships, and translate customer and project needs into Hansgrohe solutions. You will work independently from Panama while collaborating closely with regional and international Sales and Marketing teams.

You will be responsible for developing and executing expansion strategies within the Trade channel, managing key partnerships, analyzing market trends and opportunities, and implementing promotional and business-development activities that maximize sales performance across Jamaica and the broader Caribbean region.

• Plan and execute product launches, showroom events, promotional campaigns, training sessions, and other customer engagement initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, coordinating product samples, and personally supporting customers. As Hansgrohe's local representative, you will serve as the face of the brand within your assigned market(s).
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the company's CRM system to support effective sales planning and customer relationship management.
