Here is what the job entails

As our intern in Full Stack Software Development, you will be part of the daily operations in the Heat-Cooling Software department. You will be integrated into all phases of the projects, from idea to finished product. You will therefore gain a unique in-depth insight into different facets of software development which you can apply to your future career.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work with the following technologies:

• Azure platform and technologies (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure containers ...)

• C#, .NET Core

• SQL

• Docker and Kubernetes

• GitLab

• Jira

• Continuous Integration and deployment

The specific content of your tasks will be planned according to your interests and competencies, and you will be supported by experienced colleagues throughout the internship. Therefore, we encourage you to apply even if your full-stack profile is complemented by a strong interest in test automation, security, or related areas.

Meet your future team

You will join a collaborative and supportive global team of 70 dedicated colleagues. Together, we work to ensure that Kamstrup’s web applications remain robust and efficient, whether that means developing new features, solving UI-related issues, or improving overall performance. We value teamwork, continuous learning, and a positive work environment. In our team, we grow by supporting one another, tackling challenges together, and celebrating each other’s successes.

Did you know? Our team ships code and memes. Our internal chat is approximately 70% Software development questions, 20% deployment updates, and 10% carefully curated memes.

Less about us, more about you

We are looking for a motivated student who is eager to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and contribute to the development of high-quality software at Kamstrup.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Are studying Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar field.

• Can work independently, but also value teamwork and professional sparring with your colleagues

• Are structured, take responsibility for your tasks, and are not afraid to take initiative or seek solutions

• Bring a proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow in a professional environment

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish is not a requirement.

Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is an internship position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience. If the role interests you and you are motivated to grow, we encourage you to apply.

We offer more than just an internship

At Kamstrup, your contribution as an intern is highly valued, and we cherish the good colleagueship.
