For each of the millions of users of an app, we want to create a personalized message by wading through the activities that they have done, and running algorithms on that data. And we want to get this done in minutes if not seconds. This involves non trivial effort in storing the data effectively and employing suitable algorithms to retrieve it. Customers use our SaaS product through a web UI. There are non trivial design and implementation challenges in making an easy to use and high performance web interface. We have low foot print SDKs for android and iOS. We need to continuously add features to our SDKs while ensuring they are high performance and not too large in size.
