Accountabilities
You will lead application development throughout the software lifecycle, combining hands-on technical expertise with AI-assisted engineering practices and architectural guidance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, code reviews, and ongoing support.
- Design, build, and maintain .NET web applications, REST APIs, and integrations in line with established engineering standards.
- Develop solutions using cloud-based and service-oriented architectures, connecting business-critical systems such as CRM, ERP, inventory, and monitoring platforms.
- Investigate and resolve production issues using application logs, telemetry, databases, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Document technical fixes, maintain operational runbooks, improve application performance, address technical debt, and support continuous integration.
- Translate Jira stories into clear, testable acceptance criteria covering expected behavior, edge cases, and failure scenarios.
- Direct AI coding agents, including Claude Code, to prepare technical plans, generate code and tests, and open pull requests for review.
