Must have

Salary \: HK$18,772 – HK$27,413 (HGPS point 3 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities\:
- Perform PC hardware and software installation.
- Perform troubleshooting of PC hardware, software and network connection problem.
- Co-ordinate with users and vendors on PC installation.
- Keeping and updating of inventory records and IT related documentation.
- Carry out administration tasks as required by individual team head for implementing the IT solutions in the areas of responsibility.
- Provide after office hours system support.
- Perform on-site support duty at different hospitals/institutions in Hong Kong Island Cluster.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Entry Requirements\:
- (a) Passes in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below\:
─ Level 2 in English Language and Mathematics; and
─ Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
- Completed a recognized diploma or higher course in IT of at least 2 years in duration.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure\:
- 1 year working experience in IT operation field.
- Experience in PC and mobile device installation, configuration and troubleshooting, Windows and Mac operating system & MS Office problem handling and network configuration in hospital environment.
